The Ontario Immigration Nominee Program (OINP) is a Canadian immigration program that helps individuals for permanent residency in Canada. You must need a valid profile of Immigration under Express Entry system.

After completion of Master degree or PHD in Ontario you have opportunity to apply in this stream.
You must submit your application within two years of completing the masters or PHD Degree.
You must legally live in Ontario at least one year in last two years.
At the time of application, you must have any of the legal status in Canada (Study Permit, Work Permit etc.)

This stream allows foreign nationals to gain Ontario work experience in eligible skilled trades and the opportunity to permanently live and work in Ontario.
