The Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program (AIPP) is a program designed to help skilled workers and their families immigrate to the Atlantic provinces of Canada (Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island). It is a partnership between the federal government of Canada, the provinces of the Atlantic region, and the employers in those provinces. This is an employer-driven program designed to help employers in Atlantic Canada hire qualified candidates for jobs they have been unable to fill locally.
